Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector
MCVS's aim is to support the development of a more effective and efficient voluntary and community sector in Malta and Gozo through the delivery of a range of support and capacity building services including information, advice and training. We also aim to support the development of a more influential and cohesive voluntary and community sector in Malta and Gozo by facilitating networking and partnership within the sector, and between the same sector and the private and public sectors.
Agenzija Zghazagh was established in February 2011 to promote the interests of young people and to provide assistance to youth organisations and young people in achieving their potential. The aim in establishing Agenzija Zghazagh is to mainstream youth related issues and further develop youth services. It enables further investment in young people and helps them realise their potential.
Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation

The Malta Community Chest Fund is a charitable foundation, regulated by the civil code, under the auspices of The President of Malta. The aim of the institution is to help philanthropic institutions and more importantly, the individuals with different needs. The Fund does not receive any funds from the Government. However, throughout the year, various activities such as balls and concerts are organised by the Fund and also by the Office of The President to raise funds. The Malta Community Chest Fund also relies on the generosity of corporate companies and the general public for the collection of money. On the 22nd April 2015, the Malta Community Chest Fund became a foundation. This was one of the main wishes of Her Excellency Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, with one of the main aims being that the operations of the Malta Community Chest Fund will gain more visibility whilst being highly scrutinised. The St Jeanne Antide Foundation is a registered social purpose non-profit organisation. It is the social care services arm of the Sisters of Charity. Its overall objective is to provide professional support services to very vulnerable persons who are sliding into poverty or are socially excluded. Its main areas of family support include the following: Mental health (press LWIEN Service and Emotional Freedom Service) Violence against women (press SOAR Service and IRENE Service) Community social work (press Family Resource Centres) Volunteering Overseas Development.

The Ladybird Foundation was set up to provide joy and relief to terminally, critically or seriously ill children based in the Maltese islands. Funds collected will be used to give these children and their families the opportunity (sometimes the last opportunity) to go on vacation together or otherwise spend quality time with each other. We will try to give children the chance to turn their dreams into reality. The Ladybird Foundation was established in April 2012 and has been registered as an NGO (VO/0661). It is an independent, public and non-profit making foundation.

Inspire, the Foundation for Inclusion, is the creation of two leading NGOs working in the disability sector in Malta. The Eden Foundation and the Razzett tal-Hbiberija have recently joined forces to help over 1000 children and adults with learning and physical disabilities across their 5 centres in Malta and Gozo. The ADHD Family Support Group meet up every Second Friday of the Month and this meeting is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about ADHD, as for e.g. parents of children just diagnosed with ADHD, Adults, Teachers, Facilitators, Professionals etc. Basically, we welcome all who want to learn more about this condition.
